Historical Zoning Atlases
The Atlas Maps are in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format and will require the Adobe Acrobat Reader.  These maps vary in size and may require a few minutes to download when not using a broadband Internet connection.
Historical Zoning Atlas (1970-1990)
Zoning changes approved between 1970 and 1990 were hand written on these estimated 1970 Leon County Property Appraiser Parcel Atlases.  Effective date of zoning change and ordinance number generally included.

 

Site Specific Zoning Atlas (last updated 1999)
Zoning changes approved to change the zoning of approximately 21,000 parcels within Mixed Use A, B and C (MU-A, MU-B and MU-C) districts to specific zoning districts.
